What to expect from the checklist

This isn’t a worksheet you need to rush through or score yourself on.

It’s designed to help you:

• Notice where your work is clear, and where it may not be landing yet
• Identify patterns without self-judgment
• Reflect before jumping into action

You don’t need to “fix” anything right now. Awareness comes first.

If some of the questions feel uncomfortably familiar, that’s normal.

Most professionals were never taught how visibility actually works, especially in environments where doing good work used to be enough.

This checklist helps surface gaps that are common, structural, and learnable.
